About me
I’m Enrico Ferrari. Some of you might know me from my time as Global CMO at Rocket Internet or CGO at HelloFresh.
If we haven’t met, here’s the short version of my story.
I grew up in a small town in Italy. My parents built their own business from nothing, and that shaped my mindset more than any school ever could. After a master’s in finance, I decided to jump into startups.
My first attempts didn’t go as planned. I applied to Rocket Internet several times and got rejected every single time. But I found another way in, through the back door. I joined Deltamethod, an ad tech company founded by Rocket’s former head of search marketing.
A year later, Rocket called me back. That kicked off a seven-year journey where I eventually became their Global CMO, helping build companies like Zalando, Delivery Hero, Lazada, and Westwing.
In 2017, I moved to New York to lead HelloFresh’s US hyper-growth phase right after its IPO.
Last year, I started a new chapter and founded Growth Vision Partners, a firm that bridges strategy and execution across three core areas:
performance marketing (search, social, display)
growth enablers (tech, measurement, analytics)
operating models (teams, processes, coaching).
I also teach about growth, leadership, and marketing measurement. Outside of work, you’ll find me working out, acting, or playing guitar.
